1. We will notify you of impending domain renewals by email, mail, fax and telephone as required to contact you.
   
   
2. We guarantee your ownership of your domain for up to one year in the event you do not renew your domain name and we are unable to contact you.
   
   
3. We guarantee your ownership of your domain for up to one year after your domain fees are in default.

D. Other Services We Provide

1. We will promptly forward any mail concerning your domain except unwanted advertising, solicitations and spam. We will advise you by email of the source of any mail so you can have us remail or fax it to you or dispose of it in an enviornmentally friendly manner.
   
   
2. We will advise you by email of all legitimate telephone calls and messages so you can handle or ignore them.
   
   
3. We will service your account by honoring your requests quickly and efficiently. This service includes pointing your domain to the correct name servers and masking your domain as you request.

E. Services We Will Not Provide

1. We will not divulge your name, address or contact information to anybody for any reason unless compelled to do so by a law enforcement agency acting under proper court authority.
   
   
2. We will not support nor provide services for any illegal activity of any kind.
   
   
3. We will not provide services for any pornographic activity of any kind.
   
   
4. We do not certify the truth of advertising and claims made on your website
   
   
5. We do not certify nore register your website as being truthful and reliable. We recommend Blue Mesa Certification (BMCRS.biz) for this purpose.

Our Pricing

Our fee is $29.95 per regular domain per year. We will privately register your domain, protect, service and guarantee your ownership of your domain according to your instructions for $29.95 per year.
